At IOR we understand that a culture’s business climate, trends and attitudes are crucial for success as companies introduce services and product lines internationally.  IOR provides customized individual or group programs that give in-depth insight into particular countries and regions in which companies are expanding and doing business, teaching employees about the cultural differences between their home culture and the destination culture.

Country and Regional Business Briefings are custom-designed to address the participants' needs and geared to meet their level of experience. Customization is accomplished through a detailed needs analysis completed by each participant, and follow-up telephone conversations between the program trainers and, some or all of, the participants prior to the program.

Programs are facilitated by IOR Global Services' highly skilled cultural trainers. Most IOR trainers possess a masters or doctorate degree, and have extensive experience living and conducting business abroad.  These customized briefings are practical, utilizing skilled external resource consultants including international business executives, professors, consulate personnel, authors or host country nationals providing participants with the latest country-specific information.
