Culture’s Impact on Business
While we may assume that the “language of business is business”, culture has an extraordinary impact on expectations and interpretation of business norms. IOR’s Culture’s Impact on Business workshops introduce participants to the way culture shapes those business norms. Programs provide an in-depth global overview. They can also be expanded by adding modules that focus on one or two client-specified countries. Working through a series of exercises, participants learn how business values and norms vary around the world.In these customized programs participants will:
