Our Story

IOR Global Services (IOR) was established in 1979. Noel Kreicker, Owner and President, started IOR after a “failed” expatriate experience in Bogotá, Colombia.  Ms. Kreicker returned from Bogotá to Chicago determined to make it easier for future international transferees to succeed.  Her earlier two-year sojourn as a teacher in the Peace Corps in the Philippines had proven the value of effective intercultural training.

Ms. Kreicker identified a business need, found a solution in the Peace Corp model, and developed a successful business that has earned the reputation among Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies as a premier intercultural services provider.

Kendra Mirasol, Vice President, is responsible for setting the strategic vision and ensuring the financial health of IOR Global Services Inc. Ms. Mirasol joined IOR after a long-term expatriate assignment in Tokyo, Japan. For over four years, she directed strategic and financial efforts with various not-for-profit groups in Tokyo including the College Women’s Association of Japan, a multi-cultural scholarship organization providing funds to graduate and undergraduate students to study abroad.

Her previous experience includes serving as Financial Director of the RR Donnelley and Sons Company’s Online Services Division, co-founding the division and coordinating acquisition activity, Marketing Manager at Siemens AG, Fiber Optic Components in Berlin, Germany and Business Development Representative for The McGraw-Hill Companies Educational Publishing Division.

Ms. Mirasol holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BA in German Literature & Linguistics from The University of California, Irvine. She is active in charitable ventures associated with promoting global intercultural understanding.

Now, more than ever, IOR Global Services continues to evolve to satisfy the needs of our global clients. We are also a certified woman-owned business, a designation highly valued by our customers involved in supplier diversity initiatives.
