Compensating Global Talent

Finding global talent is challenging and compensating global talent can be tricky. This session will focus on the nuances of compensating global talent, identifying global positions and employees, finding and using appropriate resources to set compensation, and adapting compensation policies and practices to the needs of a global business.
 
Aligning Mobility and Talent Initiatives with Global Goals

Mobility and talent teams are challenged to leverage mobility programs to meet the talent needs globally. This session will discuss developing a talent focused mobility program and how to design compensation approaches and structures to reward and retain “globalist” talent.
